A seller experience built for ongoing marketplace operations.
Sellers are more than product listers. They continuously manage inventory, respond to buyer inquiries, maintain listing quality, and use buyer interest to decide what to sell next. I designed a seller experience around these operational needs.
Problem
Active sellers manage multiple listings, buyer inquiries, and performance signals simultaneously. With limited marketplace tooling and fragmented communication, they rely heavily on memory, manual tracking, and off-platform conversations
Solution
The redesign introduces a central dashboard for inventory and key actions, structured listing management, lightweight performance signals, and a contact log that connects inquiries to specific listings, helping sellers operate with less cognitive load
