PPS Satria Muda Indonesia manages athletes, coaches, referees, judges, and regional operations across Indonesia. I helped turn a broad digitalization proposal into a focused platform for membership, certification, regional management, and access.
Problem
SMI's central team had limited visibility into member data, competencies, and regional conditions, while many processes were still handled manually across different levels of the organization.
Solution
I helped design a connected system for membership, analytics, certification, member profiles, regional management, and access, giving the central team a clearer view of the organization and a foundation for its wider digital ecosystem.
